The holidays are full of greens in the form of Christmas trees, garlands, ugly sweaters, and more. In preparation for the season, I wanted to find a neutral area rug to balance out all the greenery in our living room. Below are my top 4 picks from Loloi — I’ll reveal the one I chose at the end of this post!

Ehren Collection: EHR-04 Oatmeal/Ivory (Amazon)
I love the geometric pattern on this Ehren rug! It would complement our modern furnishings and bring another layer of texture into the room. It’s bold in neutral way.
Loren Collection: LQ-03 Sand/Taupe (Amazon)
This Loren rug has a beautifully faded traditional design with pops of periwinkle. It would be the perfect muted rug that grounds a room.
Skye Collection: SKY-14 Natural/Sage (Amazon)
I was drawn to the subtle sage in this Skye rug. It also has a traditional design and would be a great contrast to our modern furniture and decor.
Teagan Collection: TEA-03 Ivory/Sand (Amazon)
This Teagan rug has the plush texture I love in an area rug. It’s fitting for the winter season and would feel so good under our feet!

My Final Pick
After much consideration, I was down to two choices: the Ehren and Loren. I ultimately picked the Loren rug because I just couldn’t get over its beautiful design! There’s a special place in my heart for anything periwinkle, so it had to be the right choice in the end.
